Script For Completing the Trust
This is XXX from the Law Office of John Pierce. I am calling about your NFA Trust. John has completed your trust and has asked me to call you back and get you started.
So, just a quick recap, The trust is a flat fee of $100. Changes and updates are free for life. I’ll have your completed trust emailed back to you by the time we finish this phone call. Here in a second we’re going to talk in more detail about what you do when you get the trust But while we’re at this point I do get your debit or credit card information for the $100.
<AFTER THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED AND YOU SAVE THE LAST 4 DIGITS INTO THE CC FIELD>
Now, When you get the trust back from me here in just a second it’s going to be via email. And the trust itself will be attached to the email as a printable PDF file, but in the body of the email there will be a link to an article on our website that will walk you through Step by step what you need to do next.
It will walk you through getting the trust notarized … how many copies to make … who to give the copies to, including emailing a copy back to our office to be saved in your client file … and how to fill out the application at the gun store. Now … 99% of all stores have started using E forms which makes it much simpler. but we do have instructions in that article for how to do the old paper forms in case you ever find yourself in that situation. Make sure you read all of that, but once you do, if you have any questions at any time give us a call.
You know I said earlier that changes and updates are free for life but more importantly so are questions. This trust is not just a fill in the blank trust but comes with an attorney client relationship with John as your attorney so do not hesitate to take advantage of that when a question arises.
And finally, when you do get your approved tax stamp back from the ATF, make sure you scan it in, email us a copy, and we will add it to your client file in case yours is ever lost or destroyed we can replace it. And at that time, you can also ask us to add any joint trustees or users that you would like.
You have a bit of reading to do but I will be glad to answer any other questions that you might have right now.
